From the early planning stages through to the final wrap-up, Ops Squad will help bring your event to life by making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. We’ll work closely with you as the client, with the venue, contractors, sponsors, exhibitors, and speakers, coordinating the practical details that keep the event moving and everyone on the same page

In the lead-up to the show, Ops Squad will manage supplier relationships, coordinate logistics with the venue, and organise key elements such as catering, room layouts, AV, signage, registration, and floor plans. We’ll prepare exhibitor and speaker guides, answer questions, and make sure everyone arriving at the event knows what to expect.

During the event, Ops Squad will be the central point of contact onsite – welcoming exhibitors and speakers, supporting contractors, running the Organisers’ Office, and troubleshooting anything that comes up so the event experience feels seamless for guests.

After the event, we’ll follow up with venue and contractors and produce a post-event report, helping to capture insights and plan for the future.
