Speaker Management
Speakers are of prime importance to any conference and provide vital content for any event. They are certainly VIP’s and we will ensure that they are treated this way.
Ops Squad will deal with all aspects of speaker management from managing their presentations and booking hotel rooms to sorting out the requirements for their special effects. It may not be a standard presentation — we specialise in the more challenging and have even managed a live link to the space station!
So we’ve dealt with astronauts, top dance groups, professors, athletes and even royalty – we’d love to help look after your speakers.
Behind the scenes, we juggle everything from AV and special effect requests to chasing speaker slides that definitely were “sent yesterday.” We sort hotel bookings, send out joining instructions people may or may not read, and somehow keep session timings on track. Add in seat drops, chair covers, speaker guidelines, refreshments, theatre setups, presentation uploads, and venue directions—and voilà, it’s a wrap!
